What is an inbound call center?

Life Protect 24/7 is an inbound call center, which means that we receive calls from interested customers and others who are qualified to learn more about our product, a medical security alert device, and the service that comes with it. This means that you won't be making calls while people are eating or sleeping!
The 24/7 in our name refers to the anywhere, anytime access that customers receive to our medical alert call center in case they need assistance. Our headquarters, in Norfolk, VA is open 7am-10pm Monday-Friday, 8am-10pm Saturday, and 8am-8pm Sunday. Our sales representatives work during these hours.
While there are extensive opportunities for commission, you will not only earn commission. Each position has a base pay rate, which increases as you fulfill checkpoints in your department. Commission is earned in addition to base rate. For more questions, please reach out to careers@protect247.com.
We offer competitive, weekly pay, with paid training. Not to mention, our beautiful work center is located in walking distance of the Norfolk Premium Outlets and walking trails.
