Delvin joined our Norfolk team in February 2024 as a Sales Representative and became one of our A-Tier Advisors before joining the Recruiting team in July 2024. He's known for keeping things light around the office with his sense of humor and enjoys getting to know the people he works with. Whether you're asking questions about the job or the hiring process, Delvin is always happy to help. When he's away from work, you'll usually find him singing in his church choir, taking his dog for a walk along the Elizabeth River, or checking out local restaurants in Norfolk and Portsmouth.

Wilfredo, or "Wil," joined the company in 2025, starting in Sales before making the move to our Recruiting team. As a military kid, Wil grew up living all over the country, so he's always got a story to tell and enjoys meeting new people. When he's not at work, you'll usually find him snorkeling at the beach or checking out a music festival whenever he gets the chance. Around the office, there's an ongoing rumor that he's banned from Hawaii... but despite our best efforts, we've never been able to confirm it.
