Offer Letter and Calendar Invite
You will receive an offer letter from ADP with details regarding the position your were hired for and when you first day will begin. We recommend responding to that email to confirm your continued interest in the role.
You will also recive a Calendar Invite the Friday before your training class, the invite will not contain any new information but is meant to provide you with a reminder.
First Day and Onboarding
On your first day, you will check into HR at in the Front Lobby.
HR will collect your two forms of I9 documnets and provide you with your onboarding paperwork so you can be entered into our payroll and employee software systems.
One you have completed your onbroading you will be introduced to your trainer.
Training
Training may look different for each role, but no matter the position you were hired for your trainer or manager will make sure you are prepared for your new role.
Ongoing Support and Expectations
After you complete training you will continue to receive coaching and handson training from your manager.
Based on performance and prior experience employees may recieve coaching several times a week, these coaching are ment to help you grow into you role and increase your skills.
First Payroll Check
All employees are paid weekly on Friday for the hours worked the prior week.
Payroll periods run Monday - Sunday.
Your first check will be received on your second Friday.
Benefit Enrollment
All employees can enroll in new hire benefits within the first 45 days of their employment.
You will receive an email from Employee Navigator within 48 hours of your first day. Once you have received the email you can create your personal profile.
